COURSE DETAILS
The VBA Programming (Word, Excel Automation) course offered at NIMACT is having the latest curriculum related to Office Automation and application development inside Microsoft Office, with the view to preparing automation professionals for catering to the corporate, banking, education, retail and MIS sector in India. The curriculum and the study materials are revised and updated every six months for the inclusion of the latest Office versions, automation practices and AI assisted development trends. Accordingly assistance and advice are sought on a continuing basis from the industry for knowing and assessing their requirements.
VBA is the point where computer operation ends and computer control begins. Almost every office in the country runs on Excel and Word, and almost every one of those offices repeats the same work every day - the same formatting, the same report, the same entry, the same printing. VBA removes that repetition. A macro written once keeps working for years. This is why a person who knows VBA is never treated as an ordinary operator in an office. He is the person who builds the system that everyone else uses.
The best part of this course is that the student does not need to install any new software. The programming environment is already sitting inside Excel and Word. So the same file that the office already uses becomes the software the student builds. This makes VBA the fastest way to convert programming knowledge into visible, useful and paid work.
NIMACT runs on the model of AI > Programming Language (Coding) > Apps, and this course covers all three stages fully. In the AI stage, tools like ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini and Copilot are used to explain the Office object model in simple words, to explain the meaning of a runtime error, and to give extra practice tasks. In the Coding stage the student writes every macro, every loop and every UserForm by his own hand and understands each line, because a copied macro cannot be repaired when the data changes. In the Apps stage the student builds complete, ready to use tools - a billing system, an attendance system, a payroll and salary slip generator, a certificate printing tool and an automatic MIS report generator. By the end of the course the student is not just writing code, he is delivering working software.
So many opportunities after this course. Companies, banks, schools, hospitals, shops, factories and CA offices need people who can automate their daily Excel and Word work, and the job profile will be MIS Executive, Excel Automation Executive, VBA Developer, Report Analyst, Data Processing Executive, Office Automation Assistant, Advanced Computer Operator etc. Freelancing is very strong in this field as well, because small businesses regularly pay for custom Excel tools, billing sheets, dashboards and auto report systems.
Who Should Attend: People who are involved in Office Administration, MIS Reporting, Accounts, Data Entry, Store and Stock Handling, Payroll and Record Keeping and are keen to advance their career. Excel and Word users who are tired of repeating the same work daily. Students who want to learn practical programming that shows results immediately. Business owners who want to build their own billing and record system, as well.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Open to all. There is no minimum qualification for this course. Working knowledge of Excel and Word is helpful, but the required basics are covered at the beginning of the course.
Mode: Hybrid (Offline + Online + Live Doubt Session)
